Your first position.
Choose a stock market, review the exact asset requirements, and create a position from your own wallet.
Before you start
Check that the app and your EVM wallet show Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663. You need the selected market's exact stock-token contract, USDG, and ETH for network fees. A matching ticker alone does not establish token identity; inspect the configured addresses.
1. Connect your wallet
Choose Connect wallet, select the intended EVM account, and approve the network connection in your wallet. The mainnet app never uses an unlocked local account. On mobile, open Vanta inside your wallet browser.
A connection only lets the interface read your public account and balances. Approvals and transactions require separate wallet authorization. Vanta does not request a recovery phrase or private key.
2. Choose a market and check your assets
The market catalog lists eight configured stock / USDG pairs, their reference status, and funded-pool counts. The initial deployment has zero funded pools. A configured market is not necessarily available for creation: its price sources and separately published market session must pass the current checks. Your wallet balance is shown separately for each stock.
Fund your own wallet with the exact configured assets using a route you have independently verified, and retain ETH for network fees. Mainnet has no Vanta faucet, automatic gas top-up, or mock-token mint. Connecting and browsing never moves money.
If Create pool is unavailable
Read the reason shown on the market card. The website and contracts do not initialize the session keeper automatically. An uninitialized keeper can leave the session unpublished; an unavailable source can prevent a usable reference price. In either case, the interface keeps creation disabled and does not substitute a demonstration price.
| Displayed reason | What it means |
|---|---|
| Market session has not been published | The separately operated keeper has not supplied a valid session observation. |
| Price data is unavailable / Market data could not be verified | The required reference source or contract read cannot currently be validated. |
| Market session data has expired / stale price | An observation has exceeded its permitted age; current data is required. |
| Market closed or paused | The current session or an authorized pause prevents new risk. |
Refresh status to read the latest state. Reconnecting your wallet or opening another tab does not bypass a data gate. Existing LP owners can still inspect actual reserve amounts and request proportional withdrawal, subject to token and chain execution.
3. Review and create a funded pool
- Choose Create pool on an available stock market.
- Review the strike in USDG per raw token. It initially follows the current reference and remains editable. The initial volatility is 40%, the horizon is 7 days, and the initial liquidity is 1 LP; these are form defaults, not a recommendation.
- Select a 7- or 30-day horizon and your preferred supported parameters. Review pool creation calculates the exact stock-token and USDG inputs.
- Check both token inputs, the fixed strike and volatility, recipient, factory spender, and UTC deadline. Both assets come from your wallet.
- Choose Confirm & create pool. Approve only the bounded token inputs when requested, then separately authorize the factory transaction.
- Wait for a successful receipt. The refreshed catalog discovers the pool, and Portfolio shows your LP ownership and underlying inventory.
Creation validates the reviewed reference price, exact input limits, and deadline. If the reference changes, the market closes, data becomes stale, or the deadline passes, the operation can revert. Review again using current state. Approvals may remain after a failed creation; they are allowances, not deposits.
Calibration is immutable after creation. Initial LP liquidity includes minimum liquidity permanently locked in the pool; the remaining claim belongs to the chosen recipient. Pool creation does not assign the caller administrative powers.
4. Add to an existing pool
Open an active funded pool and choose Supply. Enter the selected stock amount, a USDG amount, or LP units. Both assets are required at the current reserve ratio. Review the exact LP output and maximum token inputs, then confirm the approvals and supply transaction.
Supply, trade, and withdrawal reviews expire after 60 seconds in the interface. Their contract transaction deadline is three minutes from the latest chain block timestamp. Creation uses the explicit deadline in its own review.
Trade or withdraw deliberately
A trade exchanges the pool's stock token and USDG. Inventory and retained LP fees change only through actual transactions. Portfolio shows each stock position separately instead of adding unrelated token units together.
Withdraw burns your selected LP amount and returns its proportional stock-token and USDG inventory. It does not automatically sell the stock, cash-settle at the strike, or roll into a new pool. Proportional withdrawals remain available through market-data interruptions, pauses, cutoff, and expiry, subject to token and chain execution.
